Ribbon and Synnex have a strong partnership that has grown over the years. We wanted to continue the growth by focusing on the SLED marketing by utilizing the NCPA contract.
About the NCPA
The National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance is a leading national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states. NCPA utilizes state of the art procurement resources and solutions that result in contracts that ensure all public agencies are receiving products and services of the highest quality at the lowest prices.
There are over 90,000 agencies nationwide from both the public and nonprofit sectors that are eligible to utilize the NCPA program.

Customer Eligibility
Any enterprise already using the NCPA contract.
Customers interested in using the contract, but are not registered, make sure they are registered members prior to applying. Only those that are registered members will receive the discount. SLED customers only- this program is only eligible to SLED customers. SLED= State, Local, Education Department.

Management and Security
Element Management System ( EMS)
Ribbon's Insight Element Management System (EMS) provides centralized, efficient management of all the elements in a customer's network previously associated with Ribbon. Insight EMS provides a complete Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security solution with a robust portfolio of management and provisioning tools. Insight EMS offers a mature, feature-rich management system providing a simple-to-use, graphical user interface and accelerated provisioning and management processes. Policy and Routing (PSX)
Ribbon's policy and routing solution (PSX) is a highly reliable, yet extremely flexible, centralized routing engine for the enterprise.
